Sometimes… are preparing for their FINAL EVER Volume night where the confirmed acts are:
Angel Club (North) with new work-in-progress
Nicki Hobday with a one-woman show Popcorn and Tequila
Harriet Godden presents Puppet Show
and very special guests Kings of England with Where We Live & What We Live For, a series of narrations and micro-performances played out by Simon Bowes and his 74-year-old father (bowesandson.blogspot.com). Kings of England are back in our noble city after two scratches at Battersea Arts Centre, London and You and Your Work 5, Bristol.
Plus live music from The Slights (Sound Noir/Igloo Derridus) and Sometimes… DJs put on the Sex Mix!
If you think you might miss the Volume night a bit too much, don’t be dismayed! We will be back in the ‘09 with a string of project-based events. But it’s goodbye to our quarterly slot and hello to a world of possibility.
Join Sometimes’ facebook group to keep yourself informed about these project-based events.
