A live remix through the streets of Manchester. Duncan Speakman’s soundwalks mix performance, text and live sound to create site specific works exploring the relationship between sound and memory. Wearing headphones you explore the urban space, guided by a narrator digging inside memories that may not be his own.
The piece involves a 20 minute walk around the streets of Manchester, please dress appropriately for inclement weather!
Spaces are very limited and so it is advisable to book in advance via Box Office on 0161 615 0500. The route is suitable for wheelchair users. Please book in advance and advise Box Office of your needs.
