The Art of Conversation returns to ask how gender shapes conversation, confirming that gossip really is good for you.
Marking the centenary of International Women’s Day and supported by Manchester City Council, the first season will focus on celebrating women’s achievements. Over the course of nine weekly meetings, there will be the chance to chat, converse, ponder, muse and contemplate – and to create a performance, a blog, a publication or even a radio show at the end of the project.
Come along if you’re interested in gender politics and like a brew and a good natter. You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to talk, contribute and be part of a friendly team.
